Simply save your videos/photos to your phone from the App. From there, you can share to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, email, or any other file sharing method you choose.

The WASPcam ROX App is perfect for framing up your shots when you do not have visibility of the camera screen due to mounting or placement of the camera.
