Kanyadan means that the girl's father or guardian gave her to Var and she accepted him, then the father used to say from above that you used to take the cooperation of your wife in three purposes, religion and work and promised that three times He will do the same.

In this sacrament, the bride and groom pledge that our mind is one-sided. There is no difference between us. In this way their household life will be full of happiness, peace and prosperity and there will be no conflict and their children will also be better. Marriage is literally the bride's bride taking her home from her father's house. But this word is indicative of the whole ritual, which was accomplished by this task. Only after this ritual was the person entering the house-building. According to ancient Indian scholars, there were two main objectives of this rite. Humans used to make a sacrifice for the gods by marrying and the son could have been born.

In other words, through this rites, the person was completely socialized. Through childbearing, he pledged to keep his offspring alive and to make him mighty and fulfill his duty towards the society through yajnas. At the same time, by fulfilling his duties, he would lead the life of his life - salvation towards salvation. Indians had the impression that no person without a wife can do Dharmacharan. According to Manu, in this world, proper relations of men and women of marriage are not possible, and only through reproduction one can attain happiness in this world and the world. The daughter's marriage was considered as the father's supreme duty. If the bride's parents did not marry her even after receiving puberty, they were part of the big sin. Theologians have written that in such a situation, the girl herself could find a suitable groom for herself and get married.

Suitable time for wedding rituals in the maternity homes, elaborate descriptions of the brides and bridegroom's different stages of marriage ceremony are available. Accordingly, the bride should be a virgin and the widow of the groom should not be of the affluent and the tribe of the groom. Supinance means six generation in the mother's ancestry and six generations of the children of close relatives. Scholars believe that the tribe named after the ancestor, whose children are all children of that tribe. The purpose of these restrictions was that there was no marital relation between close relatives. The fear of the unborn marital relationship with the children of the parents or the siblings was probably the root cause of these restrictions.

Manu should not marry the daughters of those families who do not follow the religion, do not study the Vedas, in which the son is not born or has some older diseases, because there is no son and the ancestral influence of diseases on the future child could have been done. Vatsyayan has also considered mandatory qualities of the bride in the bride. Manu has not given a particular description of the eligibility of the groom, but Yagnavalkya and Narada have given it. According to him, the Vedas, the knower of the Vedas should be characterized, healthy, intelligent and noble.
