Corrections have been made to for Android 12 to ask permissions for bluetooth usage. This was causing app crashes when clicking the Download button.

Devices using Android 10 and above will now have files downloaded to the Downloads/TrackerView folder so that they are accessible through other file viewer applications.

Devices using Android 9 and below will keep files in the Documents/TrackerView folder as it has been.
