On the other hand, the presence of a vertebral malformation is an important radiologic sign facing the clinical suspicion of a syndromic disorder, due to which, detection and description helps in the orientation of a specific disease. Early diagnosis of a spinal deformities allows prompt management and complications prevention, because of that, knowledge of different types of vertebral malformations is useful for radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, neurologists, and physical therapists.
