Radiance Hot Yoga, Latham is located at The Shoppes at Newton Plaza on Loudon Road in Latham. The studio is in close proximity to Siena College, 12 minutes from downtown Albany and just a few minutes from Colonie Center and Crossgates. The Latham studio is a short drive from Troy, East Greenbush, Colonie, Niskayuna and Clifton Park.

Our yoga classes are practiced in a heated room. Practicing in the heated room improves flexibility, strength and range of motion and brings vital balance while restoring all systems to optimal health. Consistent practice creates a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that is felt in all areas of the practitioner’s life. Yoga quiets the mind.

Our barre classes are practiced at ambient room temperature. Barre fitness classes include exercises at the ballet barre as well as on the mat. A total body workout is achieved through isolated muscle work and low impact exercise that tones and strengthens the hips, thighs, butt, abdominals, and arms. Stretching after exercises acts to lengthen the muscles, resulting in a longer, leaner, and stronger physique.
