NexJ Health Coach connects you to a real-life health coach who works with you to create a personalized wellness plan that meets your health goals and objectives. Using the app, you can track your behaviors, biometrics, and qualitative information such as how you feel. Your coach will provide ongoing feedback and together you can communicate securely in real-time to address questions and concerns and help fine-tune your program. With the support of your health coach, you will develop a better understanding of the relationship between your behaviors, your biometric results and how you feel, motivating you to sustain the behavior changes necessary to be as well as you can be.
