This Application is for the entire staff & clients under Kommineni Group of Companies. It mainly focuses on the entire ticket management process from raising a ticket to resolving it.

Clients of Kommineni can raise a ticket for AMC computer accessories/peripherals which are either damaged/not working properly. Tickets shall be assigned automatically to the nearest Kommineni engineers who are available based on their location. Engineers shall address the ticket and they will resolve the issue, if engineer is not capable to solve the issue next level engineer is assigned to solve the same.
