1) To Enable this app Open -> Select Accessibility Service->Select Imp Application -> Select Top Right Corner to On -> Press OK.

2)Select your contact to be filtered through whatsapp/hike/line (plan to add more on response)

3)Select your message to be spoken when you receive any message from the selected contact

This application filter messages from hike, whatsapp, line, Geo Pulse for a particular phone number contact that you give importance to.
