HipCar - Car and Motorcycle Rental Application

HipCar / HipMotor is the first car / motorbike sharing in Indonesia to offer cars and motorbikes rental for various purposes. You can rent a vehicle for short term (hourly) to long term (monthly).

HipCar Station Location

For cars, our stations are located in the JABODETABEK area. As for motorcycles, our station is still located in particular areas of Jakarta.

HipCar Services

There are two types of services provided by HipCar, as follows:

1. Car Rental

HipCar car rental has the advantage, i.e. cheap and competitive prices, including gasoline refills. The cars can only be brought within area range from Cilegon (West Java) to Central Java. After renting, the car must be returned to the original station.

Agya, Avanza, Avanza Veloz, Ayla, BR-V, Brio, Calya, Ertiga, GO +, Grand Livina, Ignis, Jazz, Juke, Mazda 2, Mazda 2 Sky Active, Mirage, Mobilio, Sienta, Sigra, Sirion, SX4 S -Cross, Xenia, Yaris, 408, All New Rush TRD, Innova Reborn, Kijang Innvova, and Xpander.

2. Motorcycle Rentals

The advantage of HipCar motorbike rental beside the cheap price, is the free float drop off system, which enable you to drop off the motorbike ANYWHERE within the HipCar designated range during operational hours (07.00-20.00 WIB). If you return the motorbike outside operational hours, you must return motorbike to provided HipCar station. You can drive the motorbike to drive within JABODETABEK cities.

How to Register a HipCar Account

• Download the HipCar application

• Click register at the top left

• Fill in your personal data and FULL name in accordance with e-KTP

• Upload e-KTP photos and selfies using e-KTP, and your driving license (SIM A / B1 / C)

• Make administration fee payment of Rp.29,999

• Wait for your account to be processed by HipCar staff

Please check your email for any notification during your account activation.

There will no refunds for registration fee if your account is rejected. You need to complete the registration based on HipCar mandatory procedures.

How to Rent Car and Motorcycle on HipCar Application

• Open the HipCar application

• Click "Find Nearest Vehicle"

• Click "rent now" or make an "advance booking"

• Check the exterior and interior of the car in the "damage report" display

• Turn your Bluetooth ON to make sure there are no signal lost when unlocking the car door

• After that, you can unlock the car door from the 'remote control' menu in the application

• Later you will find the car key inside the car

• Now you can drive using HipCar vehicles
