FORM Type (#FORMSF14)

This is just a simple app using a webview to show the Form Type Maker website. This was mostly made for a learning experience, so any feedback will be appreciated :)

The website used is now open source thanks to Roman Nurik from Google. All credit for the website goes to Google and Mr. Nurik and I do NOT own the website used or the code from the website.
