Equal Opportunity Program (EOP) is a Technion based program supporting the Arab minority students in their first year of study. Traditionally, EOP organizes many meetings which requires filling reports manually. The large amount of manual reporting is hard to manage and often leads to loss of information. In addition, the EOP organization structure is based on a hierarchical tree. This structure has not been successful in providing quality leadership and communication between levels.

EOP application provides easy digital access for their workers to document the students related information (such as attendance, meeting summary, and other paperwork). This enables the management to monitor statistics and gives insight about each students individual development. The application will replace the Backoffice work done manually today and thus, potential loss of information due to human error is eliminated allowing for a better, more sustainable work force. Moreover, data used by the current system already exists within many mediums (websites, apps, paper, etc.), Our application collects all of the information and put it into one place.
