Connect AFG is an information and entertainment online destination for Afghan seniors. Our user-friendly format provides links to popular social networking and online gaming sites as well as Afghan news, music, religious resources and more.

Navigating the internet can be frustrating for those who may not be technologically savvy. Connect AFG was designed to alleviate this frustration and provide a specific cultural focus. Users who access this site as the "first stop" in their online journey will be able to explore Afghan-focused content that is positive, informative and fun.

Information on Connect AFG is organized by color-coded tabs and simple drop-down menus that hyperlink to the most popular web destinations such as Facebook, YouTube and Skype. We also provide an obituary submission form plus a catalogue of links to health and nutrition information, gaming, popular Afghan, Indian, Iranian and American movies, music, videos, live stream radio, religious services/texts and news networks. As our community of users grow, Connect AFG will create its own live stream network and online chat functionality in addition to facilitating offline meet-ups via a community-powered event board.

Connect AFG was created with Afghan seniors in mind. In addition to linking our seniors to the online information and entertainment they care about, we also aim to connect retired members of our community to friends and events in their area.
