C9 Tracker

C9 Tracker is a useful app to keep track of the progress of your Clean 9 cleanse programme. No longer do you need to carry around the paper guide, or worry about who might see your progress if you leave the paper instructions on your desk - you can track on the move quickly and securely.

You can even store previous programmes you have completed, store/compare before and after photos as well as share your results.


This app helps you make sure you have followed the programme each day and records your water intake. At the end of the Clean 9 programme it will work out your total inches lost and total weight lost and record the information so you can review it at a later time or when you are thinking about doing another cleanse.

Another handy function of the app is that you can view all the approved "Free Foods" in the app, again, without having to refer to your programme instruction booklet - handy when you are on the move or shopping.
