Our primary client is an agency or organization who provides services to members of the LGBTIQ community, which statistics show is undeserved due to the many social stigmas.

Our coaching team has facilitated change and helped people from across the nation reshape their lives and turn dreams into reality. In essence, we provide guidance, insight, and support that ultimately manifests as focus, drive, and commitment to making the most out of life.

Bridge Builder Consulting, consults with those organizations and agencies that work with individuals, who have experienced discrimination, due to race, gender, sexual orientation, mental or physical disabilities, who have lost their careers, jobs, housing, possessions, family or friends, those who have been the victims and survivors of domestic violence, abuse, or trauma take personal control of their lives to and begin to thrive again.
