Founder of ALFoptions.com has been doing Assisted Living Placement since year 2000, working with clients one on one and guiding families towards the appropriate Assisted Living Facilities.

He realized that there are so many good quality ALFS in the field and not many of them are getting the marketing exposure that they need. ALFS that work with lower income clients and they cannot afford to pay marketing companies to help get their purpose and mission out to the community. We don’t charge ALFS 120% if a client moves in to one of their facilities, trying to overcharge for a lead. We market each facility to their best potential and they only pay us on a flat yearly fee they can afford. Now families that cannot afford to pay top dollars for an assisted living facility can find facilities that can offer great care for the prices they can afford. Facilities will have more money towards their investments to be able to use that money for their client needs.
