Goals and Tips:

Offers to Improve Your Health Behavior

Get active and improve your health behavior with the app. The following options are available to you: Exercises, meditations, and recipes are available.

Contests:

Take part in group competitions organized by your employer. Try to achieve first place with your colleagues.

Steps:

You can automatically transfer steps, active minutes, floors climbed, and kilometers from Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, and other trackers into the app. With Apple Health, you use your smartphone as a pedometer.

Weekly tasks and rewards:

Complete weekly tasks to earn points in the form of hearts. You can exchange the hearts for rewards.

Health information and services:

The app also features short articles, videos, quizzes, and surveys on health topics, as well as various service information from your AOK (German Health Insurance Company).

Companies can integrate their corporate health measures into the app and use the app as a communication channel to inform their employees about offers and news at any time.
