Antibiogram optimization software.
Measured diameter of the inhibition zones are compared with the standard values and sorted in descending order of antibacterial activity (also bacterial strain is marked as 'susceptible', 'intermediate' or 'resistant' accordingly to the used antibiotics).
Reference standards are CLSI and EUCAST. Applies to diffusimetric method only (Kirby-Bauer). MIC values are not included.
Software database contains recommended antibiotics for Enterobacteriaceae, Haemophilus/Pasteurella, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Enterococcus.
