* `READ_PHONE_STATE`: To determine network operator, type, and signal details.

* `ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION`: Required to provide detailed band information.

* `ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION`: Allows band information to update even when the app is in the background.

Important for Android 14+ Users:

On Android 14 and later, the `FOREGROUND_SERVICE_TYPE_SPECIAL_USE` permission is also required to correctly display band information within the notification area.
