important:- Clock Widget is a WIDGET hence after installation long press the home screen to add the widget and just select the 'Widget Clock' from the list of those installed on your device.

Simply look for the widget section (tab) of your device and look for 'Widget Clock' and drag it to your home screen

In some cases widgets will not be added to the widget list - this is a common problem of Android 4.0.x. In this case please reboot your device.
