If UFOs counts are under 2 or less, you are winner.
In the game, campaigns proceed at background, ultimately you are winner or loser.
You can drop UFOs with HAARP on a Linux PC, this increases your winning chance.
If you drop a nuclear weapon, UFOs are reduce.
