The Alchemy Fitness coaching app (powered by Trainerize) is your most valuable tool in becoming the strongest version of yourself. The app functions as a collaborative platform between client and coach, allowing us to be connected through all aspects of your fitness journey.

Receiving customized workout programs based on your individual goals, limitations, lifestyle, and schedule.

Workout tracking with in-app memory of weight, reps, and sets used for each exercise.

"How to" videos/ descriptions for every exercise scheduled in your program to ensure safe and proper form.

Custom habit tracking to reinforce lasting lifestyle change.

Weekly and daily calendars showing workouts, habits, and other "to-do" items to check off.

Nutrition tracking through MyFitnessPal journal sync, in-app food tracking photo journal, and/or customized meal plans.

In-app messenger used for weekly check ins and communication.

Strength progress, body composition, and progress photos tracking to see how you're transforming over time.

Integration with Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, and more. . . .

When you create an account, you'll fill out a comprehensive orientation questionnaire. Once I have your answers I will begin building your program custom to you based off of the answers I receive.
