Akamai Zero Trust Client

Akamai Zero Trust Client for Android lets you securely access your organization’s applications and resources directly from your mobile device, while also protecting your network traffic from security threats.

The client works in conjunction with Akamai’s Zero Trust service deployed by your organization. It leverages your organization credentials and single sign-on (SSO) authentication to provide you with a secure way to access your organization’s network.

Zero Trust Client unique technology combines Android VPN Service, to steer mobile applications network traffic on your device, with Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol to route the traffic to Akamai Cloud and then, securely onward to the organization's application servers.

To safeguard enterprise mobile devices from threats such as malware, phishing attempts, and command-and-control callbacks, the client securely routes DNS and HTTP/HTTPS traffic to Akamai Cloud for inspection.
