AGUA is an instrument, a posture, a medium, a public service, a virtual space to prop up the symbolic production of the arts in Guayaquil. It is a proposal that seeks to replicate the social fabric that artists and cultural spaces perform through various creative and innovative practices. The objective is to enhance the artistic energy of the port city and serve as a catalyst for startups and emerging spaces. All the producers of artistic and cultural manifestations of the city of Guayaquil can participate.
