Know Your Farmer (KYF)

The Agripreneur Platform, also referred to as the KYF (Know Your Farmer) Business Model, is a cutting-edge digital solution designed to revolutionize agricultural entrepreneurship in Kenya. Developed as part of the Government’s agricultural business acceleration initiative, this platform aims to empower youth agripreneurs by providing them with the necessary tools to engage effectively with farmers across 46 counties.

This initiative is backed by the World Bank’s NAVCDP (National Agricultural Value Chain Development Project) and FSRP (Food Systems Resilience Program), reinforcing the Government’s commitment to strengthening Kenya’s agricultural sector. The platform serves as a one-stop hub where agripreneurs can manage, monitor, and enhance their interactions with farmers, ultimately fostering a sustainable and productive agricultural ecosystem.
