Vascular age is a recently introduced innovative model that estimates the age of the arteries of a patient exposed to cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, cholesterol, smoking…).

It assesses the discrepancy between a patient’s age and the general state of his/her cardiovascular system due to exposition to risk factors.
