This mobile application helps applicants and graduates of 9th and 11th grade schools to study in detail various specialties and qualifications of technical and vocational education, their availability in selected colleges, apply for admission online, and also undergo various specialized testing in order to assessment and definition of their capabilities and abilities.

Kazakhstan has developed new rules for the formation and distribution of state orders in the field of technical and vocational education (TVE), since the Ministry of Education and Science has developed a new mechanism for placing state orders.

Under the new mechanism, college entrance exams are canceled, with the exception of special tests in the teaching, medical and creative professions. Thus, colleges will recruit students based on a ranked ranking of applicants.
