There are a number of communication channels which are designed for location based employee communication, customer prospect logging, real time system alerts to monitor LIVE systems, alerts from CRM Systems etc.

Users can access these channels based on the relevance and authorisation to access the contents that flow in each of these communication channels.

Users can choose to opt out of these channels at any time as well.
