Aam Aadmi Party Volunteer Management System (VMS)

A political outfit such as the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) which runs on volunteers who are not monetarily incentivized needs an instrument, a platform, a common digital workplace to carry out top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top communication, while at the same time providing a sense of belongingness to the organization.

The AAP VMS - MyAAP aims at bridging the gap between the leadership and organizational structure while acting as a medium that would let more and more AAP enthusiasts to join the active circle of AAP workers and leaders. It will also be a means to grievance registration and will act as a grievance solving mechanism.

The app will also focus on creating volunteer profiles by tracking their activity which will build transparency in the system and one would be able to track whether the said volunteer has worked or not in the time that he/she has been in the party.
