Out of nowhere, a gentleman appeared on my doorstep to give me a letter from my deceased father.

When I went to the location mentioned in the letter, the door automatically locked behind me.

What is my dead dad trying to do?

Your mission is only to escape from the room by opening the door. However, to do this, you'll need to gather some items and use those items in solving puzzles.
