Force your phone onto 5G by downloading "5G Turbo," an Android application available to all Android devices including Samsung Galaxy phones with OneUI, Xiaomi and Poco smartphones running MIUI, and Samsung devices using OneUI. Download it from the Google Play Store, launch it and select your device type 5G (NR).

If your phone doesn't display 5G options in its Settings, this could be because your carrier hasn't enabled the network yet. In such an instance, reach out to them in order to see if there are plans in place to enable 5G service on it. Try for 4G(LTE) if 5G is not available in your area.

Note, however, that your data usage may increase when using 5G as opposed to 4G due to services offering higher-quality versions of applications over 5G rather than downloading 1080p versions; an example would be video streaming apps delivering 4K versions instead of 1080p films over 5G this can significantly decrease your remaining data make sure to check from Data usage.
