You would need the 1st Responder.PH mobile App if you are a first responder or a rescue volunteer who receives alerts from a command center that uses the web-based 1st ResponderPH responder dispatch system.

The 1st Responder.PH App allows the first responder to receive alerts using geo-location (proximity to the location of the incident) and see the events with details pinned on a map, find your way towards the incident easily, track progress of the rescue as reported by other responders and communicate with the command center while rescue is ongoing. All incoming and outgoing communications become part of the report and is automatically logged in the command center database as event reports.
