This app is for people who want to train for a 10K road race. The program is split into several weeks of training to get you ready for race day! This app was created by a professional running coach, John Pistone, and utilizes the following features:
- GPS Tracking
- Pace monitor to tell you to speed up, slow down, or continue to run at pace
- Voice coaching
- Track your distance and time
- Skip workouts or parts within workouts
This app includes four different programs for different goal times:
- Beginner: Running constant pace of 10:00 minute/mile pace
- Intermediate: Running < 46:00 minutes
- Competitive: Running < 40:00 minutes
- Advanced: Running < 34:00 minutes
