At the 1st JJJC Dortmund you can find / her a range of training courses for the whole family!

Ranging from children and beginners Judo Youth training to adult training, everyone can find an appropriate training program here. No matter how old you are or whether one is interested in the technology or training for competition.

The same is true if one is interested in the self-defense for the Ju-Jutsu / Jiu Jitsu and Karate. Furthermore, we also offer for the fitness of our Tae-Ju-Bo and Nordic Walking.

All training offerings are led by trained and licensed coaches!
