This is an apartment AS mobile processing application provided by Lotte Construction Co., Ltd. to employees, partner company executives, and AS technicians.

It was developed to enable easy and quick processing of quality inspections, new house outing events, and various AS for apartment residents that occur after moving in.

You can check various types of defects and AS at a glance under various conditions, and the worker can also check the processing contents in real time.

[Access Rights Guide]

1. Essential access rights:

- Camera: Permission to attach in real time after taking pictures with the camera for AS requests

- Photos and videos: Only use photos when attaching images registered in the gallery

2. Optional access rights: Not used

* If you do not allow essential access rights, you cannot complete the process when using the Castle Mobile app. (Only view is possible)

* To withdraw consent for optional rights for versions lower than Android 6.0, you must delete and reinstall.
