2.Optional access

# Address book permissions: Used to present ringtones, use address book

* You can use the service even if you do not agree to allow optional access.

* Smart Belling was developed to individually agree and set optional access rights in accordance with Android 6.0 and later versions.

If you are using Android version 6.0 or lower, please check if the terminal device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function before proceeding with the upgrade.
