1. 導航功能新增下拉選單項目 -> 嘉義縣政府, 使用者目前位置.
2. Android Back 鍵, 基層頁面按 Back 都先回到首頁, 再按就會跳出 App 了.
3. 項目圖片不用 thread 載入, 改為批次載入.
4. 把行資訊的規劃按鈕調整到左邊, 避免小螢幕的裝置上, 按鈕可能被螢幕遮住無法顯示的問題.
