「健康午膳321」由禮賢會恩慈學校教師編寫設計,旨在透過善用資訊科技的優勢,提升學生學習動機及加深其學習記憶。另外,透過延展在家學習的電子平台,培養自主學習能力

該軟件旨在協助學生辨識健康午餐的份量(五穀類佔三格、蔬菜佔兩格、肉類佔一格)

該應用程式主要分為兩部份:學習篇、練習篇

學習篇

- 利用不同圖片及聲效,介紹以下內容:

1) 健康午膳的分量

2) 介紹各個食物種類,例如:五穀類有飯、麵、意粉

練習篇

- 為加強照顧學生多樣性,練習將分為三種難度,分別是一星難度、二星難度及三星難度

練習篇-「一星難度」

- 練習目標:配對不同食物的進食份量

- 練習分為三部份,穀物類 (3格)、蔬菜類(2格)、肉、魚、蛋及代替品類(1格)

- 教師在選項作出調適,選項的大小將因應將食物份量多與少而設計

練習篇-「二星難度」

- 練習目標:根據不同食物的進食份量,將食物拖放在合適的飯盒格內

- 每題練習提供三個答案選項 (1:穀物類、2:蔬菜類、3.肉、魚、蛋及代替品類)

練習篇-「三星難度」

- 練習目標:判斷不同食物所屬的食物種類,將食物放在合適的飯盒格內

- 食物選項的難度會較一星和二星深,即考問較不常見的蔬果、非綠色的蔬菜、較不常見的肉類和豆類食物
