The mobile application “R.OS.T_CITY” allows owners not to miss information about the meeting and take part in it fully. With it, you can:

• Register in the Information System "R.O.S.T_CITY",

• Keep abreast of events - SMS and Email messages will inform you about the meeting, the start of voting and publication of the final Protocol of the meeting,

• Read the materials of the meeting,

• Check the correctness of the number of votes;

• Vote on each item on the agenda of the meeting immediately for all of its premises in the house,

• Check the correctness of filling out the decision before signing and sending it,

• Receive confirmation of your vote (extract from the decision),

• Download meeting minutes,

• Use the archive of materials from all meetings held,

• Take part in surveys of owners.

Participants can vote around the clock from anywhere in the world through the R.O.S. T_CITY mobile application or Personal Account on the website www.rrostcity.ru.

If you are registered in the R.OS.T_CITY Information System to enter the mobile application:

• specify the login (your mobile phone number indicated by you in the application for providing access to the Information System "R.O.S. T_CITY") and click the "get password" button,

• enter the password that you will receive in the SMS message immediately after entering the login.

By entering the Application, you can familiarize yourself with the materials of the meeting and vote online on agenda items.

Registration in the Information System "R.O.S. T_CITY":

If the owners of your home have approved the use of the R.OS.T_CITY information system during the general meeting of owners, you have the right to become a user of the R.OS.T_CITY Information System and the mobile application.

To register as a user, you need to fill out an application for access to the R.OS.T_CITY Information System in the mobile application or on the start page of your Personal Account. A link to the start page of your Personal Account is located on the website www.rrostcity.ru.

Before signing, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Rules of Access and Use of the Information System "R.O.S. T_CITY" and the Policy in the Field of Processing and Ensuring the Processing of Personal Data.

Within a business day from the date of receipt of your application from the managing organization, the operator of the Information System “R.O.S. T_CITY” will send you an SMS notification about connection to the Information System in an SMS message.
