Program for viewing GESN FER regulations and rates on mobile devices.

STATE elemental estimate standards and Federal unit prices Act 2014 as amended №1.

The program requires internet connection. For easier reading of names and collections of quotations smartphone desirable positioned horizontally.

Clicking on the name of the collection You will be taken to a page with a list of the collection rates, and clicking on the name of the prices you will pass on page with the data rates, such as the unit of measure, cost, scope of work.

On the Home screen only three buttons.

1 button with the name of the main sends you to the start screen of the program where you can choose GESN base, FER, their preservation or hear about the program DefSmeta.

2 button with the name sends you back to the previous viewed page.

3 button with the name of the menu will allow you to access the menu to save the page, which would then use this same button to open it quickly.

Do not forget that the FER rates are based on GESN standards and have the same cipher with a difference only in the letter symbols. When viewing rates fer you can click on the link GESN with the same codes and see what resources (materials, machinery, labor) it includes.
