The system continually monitors and analyzes usage by part number and adjusts bin replenishment quantity to represent a constant days-of-supply, rather than a fixed quantity. As demand changes, replenishment quantity changes to match fluctuations demand.
The system anticipates human scan behavior and alerts the user if an expected scan is missed or if a scan duplicated. This feature virtually eliminates the element of human error and adds a level of confidence that bin replenishment is accurate and robust.

When updates or enhancements are made to the XREACH application, they are pushed to users through the Google Play Store. If additional support is needed, a single tap on the “Customer Support” icon and a live XPO technical support person will address the concern 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

User Profile / Job Function Access
Each user is assigned to a specific job role which limits them to only those features deemed appropriate for the defined job function. This allows for a clear separation of duties and prevents intentional or unintentional abuse of the system.
All aspects of the bin management process can be controlled directly through the hand held or tablet device. Authorized users (defined by Job Function access) can not only create and receive replenishment orders; they can also add new bin locations, change part numbers in bins, or review activity history.
