The application includes an optimized SIP stack in order to manage VoIP calls and it is particularly useful for remote teleworker customer care agents.
It is designed to be simple to use, effective and optimized for the XCALLY Motion call center suite.
We recommend to use the application only with your XCALLY Motion server instance and to connect your Android agent device to the XCALLY server via VPN or static IP address.
Agents can use both Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity.
Please note that - in order to properly login - agents need to be able to reach the Motion machine.
First time the Agent must set the following details on the ACCOUNT view section:
- HOST: the Motion server IP address, provided by the XCALLY Motion administrator or supervisor.
- USERNAME: the Agent username, provided by the XCALLY Motion administrator or supervisor.
- PASSWORD: the Agent password, provided by the XCALLY Motion administrator or supervisor..
If the host, username and password has been initially properly set, the Agent can login to his/her account with a simple Tap on the Login icon.
The Agent is now ready to receive calls and to perform calls typing the number on the Dialer view.
The Agent can also access to the list of calls with a tap on the History icon.
Finally, he or she can Logout from the account and Exit the app.
