To make a call you can either use ONE App or your mobile. When you choose to use ONE App ,to make a call, the number visibility is set to your fixed number, as if you call from the office. With the app you can easily activate call forward, transfer a call, set-up a conference call and look up the contacts in the company address book. Depending on the Vodafone ONE assigned services, you can also manage and use them on your mobile. Even callcenter accounts allow for login in /-login out and status updates.
Vodafone ONE App is available in combination with ONE flex, ONE combi and ONE vast users, One Net Enterprise mobile and combi seats. When combining ONE toolbar and ONE app, you have full control and flexibility of your communication use and settings, always and everywhere. To access ONE App you require login details similar to ONE toolbar login. For support or activation please ask your One Net Enterprise Manager.
