Frontier University (FU) was established in late 2011. It started as Institute or college (Frontier College), a leading center for English Language and Development studies in Somalia, and has grown to be one of the most prominent private universities in Mogadishu. FU offers a wide range of industry-relevant programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in collaboration with world-leading universities.

FU currently has an enrollment of over 2000 undergraduates and Diplomas from more than 12 regions around Somalia. FU accomplishes its programs with quality education in the areas of management and humanities, Science to produce qualified, skillful graduates with excellent leadership qualities and communication abilities.
