The customer focused app or "Dealer App" gives the customer an opportunity to:
* Book a service request
* Chat with a service advisor or sales consultant
* Rate any of the staff
* View current inventory and identify favorites
* Schedule a pick up request
* See current offers (sales/service)
* Review vehicles you have favorited
* QR scanner to take customers to specifics parts of the app such as a specific inventory search
* Trade in valuation request
* Contact information for the dealership including phone numbers and map
The customer focused app is one of the three apps that make up the Vandrio Auto Dealer solution. The Sales & Service app as well as the Desktop Dealer Console allows the dealer to interact with the customer while they are using their app.
