The SmartGuard App provides three modes of assistance while preserving the user’s privacy. SmartGuard only sends tracking information to the central station when activated by the user.
1. Panic, when assistance is need ASAP. Trained central station operator will verify your location and dispatch assistance. The SmartTek system can identify the appropriate emergency response center based upon your location; this eliminates delays in notification of authorities. In addition to notification of authorities central station can also notify your personal responder list, or send electronic notifications
2. Personal, this mode provides a virtual escort service. An operator will stay with you on your Smartphone, communicating with you until you are safe and feel secure, standing ready to summon help if needed.
3. Medical, mode provides assistance when the user is the most vulnerable. Users that have preexisting conditions, such as heart conditions, diabetes, High or Low blood pressure, allergies such peanut, bee sting, shellfish or any other that may impede the users ability to communicate.
