Customer Service is at the core of any organisation and it is the measure of how an organisation is perceived from the outside. It also measures the levels of services offered to its customers. Heritage Malta, the National Agency that takes care of Malta’s history and patrimony values customer feedback with the sole aim of improving visitor experience in Malta’s museums. Heritage Malta believes that Malta’s patrimony is one of the major tourist attractions with more than 7000 years of history.

For Action Malta

This mobile application was developed by For Action Malta Association as part of EU Funded project under KA1 of Erasmus+. This was developed by 16 Maltese and Italian youths who have at heart the Maltese and Italian Heritage, but also were ready to continue their cultural and ICT skills as part of the project. The project was conducted between September and November 2014.

The aim of this project was to empower the skills of these young persons and give them a new experience in their lives.
