• The App allows free registration after filling in some very basic details. The users will be able to enjoy features like tracking, basic feedback, FBDT, goal setting and tracking to name a few.

• Our proprietary FBDT (Fitness Behavior Diagnostic Test) is devised by combining the knowledge of health experts, fitness experts and behavioral experts and it will give insights about possible reasons of failure or partial successes in the past.

• The offering is composite one which combines diet, nutrition, physical activity, behavior and motivation.

• This app helps in tracking food and activity for overall health and not just weight loss. It aims at reducing the probability of modern day lifestyle diseases.

• Fablif does not have a “One-size-fits-all” approach, every individual is different and we devise feedback based on number of factors like age, BMI, lifestyle and behavior.

• It is in the form of a game with points and levels and un-complicates things. The game which you can play with yourselves and others.

• It allows you to fix and monitor your specific health goal.

• It allows you to set Action which could encourage us to imagine when and where they would do an action and set reminders.

• From time to time Fablif will also launch specialized programs to cater to certain specific needs and outcomes. One such program is ONE CHANGE which will recommend one change in your life for 3 months and users can see the effects in the short term. Such changes will add up to the big transformation of healthy living, fitness and good looks.
