The fault indicator module adds the right reflection window to the upper left corner of the screen's user interface. It is active, as soon as you interact with the mob (for example, stormed one), and it reflects the data, these as the image of the mob and the current state of well-being. This is a well-known method to show well-being and is most often used in different RPG games.
In fact, you will not notice, in fact, that you are attacking the mass. That's when you notice, actually, that in the upper left corner of the screen the RPG damage indicator was seen. It will be lost if the mass is dead or if you start interacting with another mob.
You can change the template of the fault indicator by pressing the "D" button in the lower right corner of the pause diets.
