When you provide that data, this calculator provides you the cost of the electricity. This program was made as an part of an action research project for the KEEP grant. This app was designed to show students that using computers in our classrooms render their Blender Projects is not free but has a cost in electricity. This app also gives you interesting information about the cost of phantom draw. I noticed my computers and network router and cable modem were drawing 32 watts 24/7 365. That costs me $.10 per day. I was surprised.
