It’s okay if you don’t feel up to a face-to-face conversation with a doctor, just use Bupa Instant GP chat - no appointment needed. It connects you to a doctor in real time, so you can send them quick questions and photos to get the advice you need, without having to speak face-to-face.

PREMIUM FEATURES

• With a Bupa Instant GP subscription, speak to a qualified doctor for expert advice about your health queries and for a diagnosis of your symptoms as often as you want via video or phone appointments with GMC (General Medical Council) registered GPs.

• Prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice for collection within the hour. If you need a private prescription, you will have to pay for this. The cost of private prescriptions will vary by pharmacy and medication. You can also choose to have your medication delivered to home or work the next day.

• Doctors on Bupa Instant GP can make referrals for specialist appointments.

• Easy access to doctor notes and recordings of your video appointments.
